MASAJID & NONPROFITS DISTRIBUTION: COMPLETED JANUARY THROUGH DECEMBER 2023

  • Monthly care packages to local masajid & nonprofits in Greater Sacramento areas
  • Agents are notified a week ahead of pick up days via email or text, and social media
  • The following masajid will remain as our constituents (conduits/agents that pick up food from us and hand it over to the recipients that frequent their masajid AND people — the general public, who live in their neighborhood):

Emergency Announcement

Severe weather aftermath affecting Ar-Razzaq Food Bank in February 2024

Recent storms caused some water damage to our office. Landlord and Ar-Razzaq Food Bank management are working hard to get the repairs completed.

Unfortunately there was computer damage as well, which is causing delays in the issuance of year end for 2023 acknowledgment of ‘Thank You’ letters.

In the meantime, please use your personal records to verify the donations you have made to Ar-Razzaq Food Bank.

We apologize for this delay and will send out the receipts as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need a receipt sooner, please reach out to us at arrazzaq.foodbank@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

FOOD DISTRIBUTION FOR THE HOMELESS

WIND YOUTH CENTER IN MIDTOWN SACRAMENTO 

COMPLETED — JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2023

  • Monthly care packages to at-risk homeless youths, aged between 12 to 24, who frequent a nonprofit counseling center, WIND Youth Services,  in Sacramento
  • Average recipients: 15 to 26 teenagers at any given time during a weekday
  • Occasionally our charity sends proceeds from food drives and also hot lunch trays especially for special events
